Picked up an SCX24 4Runner to have something small to run indoors in the winter and to build out slowly over time as I learn the ins and outs of micros.
First thing I had to do though was get it on a radio I actually like. Nothing wrong with the stock SLT2, but I like more capable radios and I prefer not to have 1 radio per vehicle. But it had to be small and easy to drive 1-handed, so I've used my FrSky TWIN X-Lite S game controller style radio which I use for my micro planes and DLG's, with both throttle and steering on the right hand side. For space reasons I used an old Archer R4 receiver I had lying around rather than my usual Radiometer ER3Ci 3ch surface receiver (also I don't have an ELRS Module normally mounted on the TWIN X-Lite)
ESC is an Injora MB100 and I added Injora brass knuckles at the same time (not pictured).
