Haha, that ain't happenin. This car is going on a shelf with my Turbo Scorpion and Breydon's Ultima after a rip or two this Spring. At least I am hoping to talk Breydon into shelving the Ultima But I highly doubt that's gonna happen, as he has already asked if we can drive the Scorpion a couple times. I get the feeling Breydon's first car jacking when he gets older will be the Scorpion while I am sleeping

I am actually hoping to get him down to the local track next year for some racing. But I would have to see if they have a kids class, which I kinda doubt they do.

Yeah, I know who stole it. I found my remote in his garage, but he claims his friend put it there. The buggy was nowhere to be found. I had well over $1000 in that buggy. Never really added it up.

Man, that would make me mad! Why didn't ya take your radio back (at least then he'd have to buy or bind a new radio to it) or get the guy to return it, or pester (or harass lol) him for your buggy? If I were in your shoes I'd give 'I'm hell about it... at least make him regret what he did everyday!

Goodie. I know we shouldn't take revenge and all, but...just...arrg! Anyway, again happy belated b-day and I'm glad you're getting to re-live the dream, and I'm sure you'll make this buggy even better, what with brushless systems, LiPos, and modern parts!

So @Greywolf74 is a sneaky bastid too and snuck a package in under the radar that had a 13.5t motor, Sidewinder 3 esc, 3 or 4 batteries, some bec's, diff grease, some kickass scissors, prybar, and a slew of standard sized servos, among other things. You guys rock man. Going to build this RC10 up with this stuff and give her a blast with Breydon this coming weekend. Thanks guys!

Lol. Naw man, this is just a great group of guys here. I don't have a lot of money to play with, but I do what I can to pay it forward, and these guys just have big hearts as well and do the same. @Tunedpipe and @Kimmie28 are a couple others here that I know have gone way out of their way to help spread the RC joy here. Not to mention @WoodiE and his giveaways. Like I said, just some really great folks on this awesome forum.

@Greywolf74 and @StonerRC365 will be on my list. One day soon...

Yep, agreed! The world's a better place because of RCT and it's members! I have yet to participate in one of the giveaways, as there haven't been any since I was a member. Definetly a fun and good place on here!

Stoner and I were trying to give Kev a big surprise for his birthday and we were trying to time it so our packages would both show up on the same day and surprise the socks off of him. However, when I took my package to the post office they almost wouldnt take it cuz they couldnt find the stickers they are supposed to put on the box because it has lipos in it so the only way they would take it is if they sent it ground which delayed the package just enough to make it arrive today on a Monday instead of last Friday when Stoners got there. I've been dying to say something to Kev all weekend but I didnt want to ruin the rest of the surprise lol

I forgot to mention how heavy the box was. I was on the phone with Grey when he told me to check my mail. So I rushed out, freezing my tucus off while fumbling with my mailbox keys and my darn cane. I go to pull the box out and it barely fit in our large parcel box. So I had to squeeze it out of there because the stupid door opening on the mailbox is smaller than the space inside. The mailman opens the whole face of all the boxes at once when delivering the mail, so all they see is the inner compartments, and not the smaller framework. Happens all the time. So when it came out of there, it nearly slipped and hit my toes, which were by then turning into popsicles it was a very fun morning
