The temps can change the weight of the snow. A foot of stuff that falls at 30°+ is much different than a foot that fell with air temps in the single digits.

100% and that's why new england numbers are so high, we're expecting 4° on Saturday with a -12° wind chill, it starts to warm during the storm, but the base is there and the reason for the storm is that arctic and warm air colliding. Said we may even get thunder snow! We haven't had a good noreaster since 22

Supposed to be just another winter storm with projected accumulations around 12” here. However, it’s predicting switching over to ice on Sunday. Ice is horrible.

Oil man just left, got most shopping done now. Just a few more things to do and then...

Close to 16" expected here in Western MD. Shopping done, flashlights/candles out, charging everything now, and took 1/2 day off Monday to play in the snow!!! Can't wait!!

All I can say, as a Coloradoan, just embrace it. Really, you shouldn't be running out to Costco at the last second. You should be prepared. (this is speaking from headlines I've been reading) For at nothing else, For The Zombie Apocalypse. Oh the humanity.

Oh and can you send some of the snow to the Rockies? We really don't have any. Asking for a friend
