Just checked mine and they are good to go. That sucks that you have multiple issues in your kit.

I had an "Amazon" diff that appeared to be "assembled by dead-blow".
'Diff'erently operational.
The diff WAS assembled, technically, I guess.

Sorry about the delay! Great time to examine ALL the parts! Be sure to mix ALL the parts bags together!!!
I use tupperware bowls to empty my parts bags into. They are easy to label and reseal thru the build.

I can't think how that could happen. I would say the insert broke. But that doesn't look like it broke. It looks like the tool wasn't touched off right or something. Or had a big offset in the X axis, maybe for the first piece. So how the hell did you get what looks like two setup parts though?

I'd be pretty ticked off at this point. Go demand your wheels are given as compensation for ruining your kids build.

In this case, you paid a premium price for a high quality BUILDING experience.
Some sort of compensation seems in order! I'm watching... hopeful!!!

Quality control has gone to crap for many companies. I've gotten bad parts from Kraken, Team Associated, Traxxas, Horizon Hobby.... at least customer service has taken care of it every time thus far.

And kits come with hardly any spare parts anymore!!!
