Losi Xcelorin ESC and Motor

Hey all I just bought a Losi Xcelorin ( losb9516 ) 1/8 scale ESC. My question is do I need to buy a 1/8 scale motor for it or can I use the 1/10 Losi Xcelorin 21.5 turn ( LOSB9409 ) motor?

Thanks any help is appreciated. I am new to electric cars. I was big into nitro's until neighbors kept complaining about the noise. It was either sell everything and keep the cash or put it into electric cars.
