it shows up on their website, to look on the 27th....rumors have it that it is going to be smaller more along the lines of the duratrax crawler, with 2.2 wheels, and the grappler body, but thats just what i have heard, no definitive answer yet, just thought i would share it with everyone...

I'm not sure about a crawler but they are about to release a new 2.2 crawler tire...."Rock Carver"

it's a crawler according to a losi rep .
no ones sure of the scale yet tho some say it's gonna be a mini!.

So far, Losi has been spot on with their crawler stuff. When I got into crawling I was amazed at the quality of their crawler stuff, since they didn't have a crawler of their own. Their Losi crawler shocks are some of the best in the industry, and they produce some of the top comp tires on the market, the Rock Claws.

Yea buddy! I'm a BIG Losi fan, All my cars are Losi. I can only imagine what the Carvers will be like. I'm going to put off the Claws until I see them.

Yeah, I've seen the Claws. I was talking about the Carvers. I may wait until they come out to buy new tires

From what I have seen and read I think the carvers will be a better tire than the claws...And they look a lot batter IMO.

I'll buy a set for sure. I will tell you one thing, the Losi Claws hold a bead on the beadlocks MUCH better than my pro-line tires. It's like a night and day difference, and apparently a lot of other people have the same problem with the pro-line's.

They're made from a softer compound than the claws, and they will be coming with memory foam.

I like it! I see mini comps in the near future and a new set of axles for the scale guys...It should do well!

I know a lot of you don't like the mini idea but remember, the TLT is a 1/18 scale also.

That size crawler is probably better suited for my area. I don't live near any real rocky areas that I could take advantage of with a bigger sized crawler. I might have to look into this one a little closer.

lame its a 1/18 I think.. being so small and so short, its gonna roll over like crazy.

I'll have one as soon as I can find one for sale! I've already got 3 2.2 class rigs, but I don't have a 1/18 yet. And I'm' with Smaxxin, these may be very good axles for the scalers. A few guys over at another forum brought the contrast out in their "secret picture with photoshop so we could see the pictures early, and several of us were thinking it could be 1/18 and everyone else was calling us idiots lol.

any body here get one of these or put one on order??? these would be perfect for in the house during winter crawling.

I'm getting ready to order one on the next few days. They turned out to be really nice little crawlers. I was looking at the measurements, and they are a lot smaller than it seems in the pictures. Their scale looks throw off the size, I think. I can't wait to get my hands on one. Today I started buying materials for my indoor crawler course, and part of it is going to be designed just for the losi crawler.
