It's ok - depends on what you are going to use it for . . . . Bit heavy on the juice for racing, enough power for bashing . . . if you picked it up cheap, who cares!? Give it a go, if you like it, keep it, if you don't like it, put it away for a rainy day, or sell it for what you paid for it and try something different.
The one thing I have learned however is 'don't buy secondhand engines'! People don't sell great engines, they sell wornout engines! If you have bought a cheap motor, chances are it has past its expiry date and it will give you nothing but trouble.
Better to save a little more, and buy your engine new, so you know how it has been run in, cared for, know it has compression, know how much fuel has gone through it and know how much life it has in it.
