I'm looking for some advice on tunning the stock Mach 427 that came on my LST2.

I've got the Low needle at the stock setting. 2 Turns out.

I've got the High needle at 3.5 turns out, stock being 4.

I've about 3/4 of a gallon 20% through the motor.

This is the problem I'm having:

I'll run about 1/2 or just over that much of the tank through the truck and it apears to run good. I'm not sure if it's kicking into high gear but I'll focus on that later. After 1/2 the tank runs through, it develops a problem where giving it full throttle cuases it to bog down. If I blip the throttle it doesn't seem to bog or flood. On some occasions, it will cut out on full throttle and stall.

I don't think I'm running it rich, and I know it's not lean as I get a nice trail of smoke when its wide open.

Any input would be appreciated.

If it's not shifting into second gear the high rpm's could cause it to stall/bog
