Another company similar to Lazyboy and they make custom orders is Flexsteel. They supply upper end motorcoaches with their couches and recliners, so they know what they are doing. They also make custom home furiture and upper end hotel furnishings.

I have 2 black leather recliners, I'm not sure the brand, but they have the massaging and heating in them, and at 1st they were super awesome and hella comfy but the older they get, the more uncomfortable they get. Now it seems like they need some more padding cuz you can feel the massaging mechanisms when your just sitting on them, and its not real comfortable.

I was at Home Expo the other day and they had a contraption that went over the toliet seat and warmed it up for you. Now why would anyone want to sit on a crapper that feels like someone else just sat in it?

Funny this thread came up, a new recliner is on my Xmas wish list.

you never woke up early in the morning, you go try to sit on a cold crapper seat.

oh my xmas list

a new butt mines cracked.

I take a #2 every morning lke clockwork. The cold seat helps to wake me up before I get my Java.

Not me. The cold seat scares the turtle head back in takes forever to get it back out! Wakes me up but it scares the turtle.

dont you mean the beans and the frank.

Nothing to do with frank and beans, I'm referring to the turtle that likes to stick his head out when you REALLY gotta go make a "deposit."

i work up the street from them.(flexsteel)

another vote for a lazyboy here.

I bought a la-z-boy 5 years ago and paid for the super warantee and all...the leather had a "thin spot fromt eh grain of the skin...it tore within 6 months and they have never fixed it, said it was a defect from the leather supplier....so why do I have to eat it???...also the linkage for the recliner broke..they said they would get the kit to fix it...I got the wrong kit and was basically told to get lost and be happy w/ the chair as it was.....I know they make nice stuff but I'll never give them my cash again....I gave it to my mom and step father while I was living there.......ethan allen had some nice stuff that was actually less than the lazy-boy
