Holy cow man-THANK YOU!! There are muuuuuch more talented folks than me for sure, but I very much appreciate the kind words!!! I feel like I just get awful lucky on occasion.. I’m just over here learning everything I can everytime I pick up that Iwata lol! I take my time (if I went any slower I’d be in reverse ), and try not to get started in many bad habits.. Practice, practice, practice… The one I’m doing for Mrs. Littlemotor right after my E-Trugg, is gonna be difficult for sure.. I’m probably gonna cut up some 2liter bottles, and practice specifically the stuff I’m gonna be doing on hers for a few days before I shoot it.. (4) builds/re-builds all coming together at once is mental.. Then I get more practice on the factory body for the new buggy. It’ll be wall art if it turns out alright.. Hell-it’ll be wall art if it looks like homemade shoes too.. I hate a factory body, so a JConcepts S15 will be in route soon.

Yeah, they are usually at least $2 each. That's the best deal I've found on them.

Oh hey. Did you see that acrylic painting guide I posted? There is a recipe in there for acrylic thinner. I was looking for that for the last few days to send you and finally found it. Figured I would share it with everyone.

Yeah, take a look at that guide and the info in it on the thinner recipe. It's an interesting read.

The image I posted of the recipe is for a thinner that is good for Createx paint. It's what I use for my Faskolor and Createx. Works great. I also added a bit of the Golden's retarder to my thinner mix.

Thanks bigdog! I tell ya, I struggle with making MY lines work, or play well with the BODY lines for sure.. Wanting these two, to match-made things tough being they have very different lines to apply the same scheme to.. I really think decal placement really helped me out on this one… It’s growing on me..

Thanks brother! It sure feels like new lol.. I really hope HERS turns out sicker than any of mine.. I’ve got my work cut out for me on that thing.. I’m anxious to take a break on using the right side of my brain for a bit, and get back to mechanical!

The builds are ok and the paint jobs are alright but OMG DO I WANT ICE CEAM!!!

Let me just tell you….

Ya don’t even wanna know how many tons-O-fun THIS was..

Nothing left but paint, and decals.. I can’t STAND blade work.. MULTIPLE custom apparatuses, and the window trim is STILL an absolute mamafokker…

I’ll start shootin’ again tomorrow. No mas all nighters for this sumbitch anymore.. Now lessee if I can locate some ice cream…

Sooooo much nicer with two brushes.. The upgrades made a helluva difference imo, and I’m LOVING the new brush.

Finished up the electric half of the “Gemini Twins” last night, but was too late to get involved in any photo shoot action after I payed out the decals.. I made a couple SLIGHT changes, but at a glance-they’re still “twins”.. but when the lights go out for “chill mode” in the RC Dungeon, under the black light….
