LiPo overcharging

One of my lipos is always slightly overcharged at 12.74v and the other one is always at 12.6v. I used the same charger to charge both and still the other one got overcharged. Is this something to be concerned about? They were both balanced nicely. The charger is a Team Orion advantage one 405 and the LiPos are vapex 3s packs.

over charged lipos are always a concern. discharge battery to 12.6..charger should not over charge,,
