Lipo break in?

My Zippy 2S 5000mah batteries finally arrived, but I heard something about breaking in Lipo batteries. How would I do this and what would the settings be on a charger? Is this necessary?

I'm probably wrong on this one but I never do anything with mine. Just get em, charge em and then run em, no problems.

Alrighty. Cause I remember reading something about lipo's and breaking them in, so I thought I'd ask. I'll wait and see what others have to say.

Yep, just charge and go. That's also what I've done and I haven't had any problems with mine.
