I recently leaned out my Xavani TR15 way to much and broke the connecting rod. When I got all the parts and put it all back together I started to break it in again. It starts great but I can't seem to get it to idle at low RPMs unless I make the mixture way to rich. (Even then I can't throttle up) I think it is a low speed needle adjustment but in the manual it says that is set at the factory and there is no way I can see to adjust it. Anyone know how?

I'm not too good at this but here it goes. i believe u want it to idle at the highest possible w/o engaging the clutch. but try to bring all needleback to factory settings. i think on all kyosho's the HSN should be 4 turns out from closed posistion.as far as the throtle issue goes u r probally runnig way too rich, ur idle stop screw can be off, and mayb try to lean the LSN.IF I'm wrong let me know.

Thanks for the help. Here is the thing. I have set everything back to the factory settings. It starts great but stalls as soon as I pull the trigger. I think it is the low speed idle that is set at the factory that is giving me the troubles. The problem there is that they don't put a normal screw there. They put some sort of cap screw with no slot , phillips, or allen hole. It is totally flat. I have the manual for the motor and they say it is factory adjusted. The only hope is that the parts blow up shows a screw there. I may put my own slot in and see if I can adust it from there.

So, the final issue was a forgotten seal between the Carb and the block. Works great now.
