keep getting the wrong part...help

so i need a set of the upper link bars for my pede....i would like to upgrade them to steel or something more durable than the little plastic traxxas ones...but i can't find them anywhere....so i figured id get the stock ones back till i did...3641a was the part number i found on the exploded view...it specified right there that the front bars were 69mm long and the rear 82mm long...so i ordered that p/n and they are to long....so i went back to tower and looked at their specs for that part and indeed it says that the 3641a are 77mm and 90mm long...which is way to long....i have been looking for over an hour and i can't find any that are the length i need....69mm and 82mm....soo i wonder if any of you fine gentleman can help me out here...i would like some steel upgraded ones but if any of you know where to get the stock plastic ones of the correct length that will work...i just wanna play with my truck....any help is much appreciated...thanks guys

Which Pede is it? There have been a few incarnations of that truck

its the xl5 that comes brushless ready....i went to traxxas and looked at the exploded view for that truck and it says 3641a and those just aint it...

i don't understand....everything i look at tells me the 3641a is what i need and i have them sitting right beside my truck at home...and they just ain't right

go on ebay and buy a set of adjustable front and rear
i would say you could find for around 15.00
just look up traxxas stampede vxl turnbuckles

yup and if that doesn't work for any reason type in the measurements cause sometimes it will bring up stuff that is labeled different.. like aftermarket and stuff I beleive good luck!!! I havent owned a stamped before so I dont have much insite on them...

ok I'm gonna try the 3741's....I'm pretty sure they are the same length as the ones i have that didn't work....i just don't understand why they are different than the ones the parts list list...

ok i see that the 3741x are the right length...thanks for that chart thing trax de max....and those with work....but what i got my part number from was the exploded view for my pede on the traxxas WS....it said 3641 so thats what i ordered...and they are in fact to long...maybe i was lookin at the wrong truck on traxxas but i don't think so...but anyhow problem solved...thanks for the assistance lol....
