Gordon, Jr? Come on let's get Mark Martin to race full time again that's what us old guy's wanna see. That's a real race car driver he doesn't whine and cry about everything when he's wrong he's the 1st to admit it. And he actually know's how to change his own spark plugs lol

I agree with you Fast but it would be nice to see some of the younger drivers out there do what he or any of the other old timers have done. I'm not a Gordon slammer not really anyway I do think he's a good driver and has 1 hell of a good team even though I dont root for him I still respect the fact he can burn the tires off his car and is usually up front. I think a true NASCAR fan is a fan that can respect a good driver reguardless if they root for him or someone els. When Mark Martin isn't racing I root for Matt Kennseth jst cus he's fm WI.

When a guy takes out his own brother than means he wants to win.....BTW I have seen JR take out his team mate a couple of times LOL. Once Kyle calms down a little he will run in the top 10 regularly.

Just remembered, you accuse Gordon of cheating but didn't JR get hit with a nice penalty this week?
 
Cheating is something that is constantly going on in the garages of NASCAR. The drivers are not the ones cheating anyway.... it is the crew chiefs and the engineers/mechanics that do. Now what Kyle did was a bit foolish, but he was just trying to win, and he almost pulled it off. Now I am by no means a Kyle Bucsh fan, but I will say that that boy can wheel a car. He did nothing that any one of us wouldn't have done in the same situation. He came to win, and that's what he was trying to do. The fact that he took himself and his brother out... was a bonus! :cheers:

Man, you gotta love a good conspiracy theory. You and Tony Stewart could be best friends. Yeah, you're right. NASCAR is rigged. Might as well just rename it Jeff Gordon Cup racing. Right? I would laugh but I know you're serious.



And since everyone is bringing up Kyle. Well, he has consistently gotten my vote as the Biggest Douchebag in NASCAR. And that's no small feat since he had to outdo Robbie Gordon to get the title. Sure he can wheel a car. Into the wall. And other drivers. Tell me, what exactly was that move at the All-Star?
I think the only person who is more dangerous on the track is Johnny Montoya. Can you try to name ONE driver he hasn't run into this season? I'm having a hard time thinking of one.

I know 1 he has not hit yet the new toyota napa car lolololololol but if it ever gets into a race well that will also be taken care of,so ummm ya guess they caught JR with the tools in hand working on the rear spoiler NOT his team got busted and he gets blamed I'm not a robbie gordon fan but for a guy doing all this on his own with very little sponsors he seems to make it into the show alot,maybe he is nascars hit man,you know nascar sends a message to him and says hey robbie we need a caution hit somebody hahahahhahahahaha :burp: :burp: :burp: and when did the grove move into the grass all you bush fans give me a break I hope his brother kicks his ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and I am a stewart fan at least he knows how to race RC cars in the off time and dont dog on him he tells it how it is in the heat of the moment,guys like him is why we all love the sport DRAMA BABY OH YAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NASCRAP really needs to redo the qualifying system. The top 35 in points thing needs to go. Guys with faster times are getting booted from the race because they are outside the top 35. Well face it, once you miss one race, you're pretty much out of the top 35. How do you go about overcoming the deficit. How does a limited budget team that is trying to run a select schedule get in? If they can run a faster time and get into the show, they would be open to more sponsor dollars and then they might become a full time team. At what point this year will Waltrip overcome his +1000 deficit to get into 35th? He can't it's next to impossible the way things are setup. And no I'm not a Waltrip fan, I mean I like the guy (think he's funny on Inside Nextel Cup) and thinks he's a good personality for th sport, but I'm not upset with him not being there, it's just a joke of how things are being run.
 
Well, there's one thing I agree with you on. Bottom line....if you're fast, you race. If not, you watch. That one hit home when Mikey ran the 20th fastest time at Talladaga I think it was and still ended up going home. Nothing fair about that.
I can see NASCAR wanting to put all the famous faces in every show. But at some point you start defeating the purpose of qualifying. At what point do guys like Jr and JJ and Gordon stop taking it seriously? Sure, if you start up front you have a better chance of winning. And you get a better pit stall. But even if you twist it up in the fence on your first qual lap, you'll still be in the show.

And while I'm ranting, can we try to keep all the full-time Nextel guys out of the Busch races? C'mon, how seriously do you take Kevin Harvick last year and Carl Edwards this year? It's like me going back to 4th grade to beat up some kids. Give the other guys a chance. That's what the Busch series is there for.
 
Jet, I agree 100%...if your fast you race regardless of your points. I'm all in favor of the cup guys staying out of the Bush series, thats part of the reason I rarely watch bush anymore.

you right but JR probably didn't even know about the wing but....you were quick to say Jeff Gordon was cheating. I have watched cars go through the inspection line and I'm pretty sure Nascar was wondering how his car never ran out of water too...I would bet they checked

For all of you haters, just wait until this weekend It's going to be the Hendrick show at Lowe's motor speedway LOL

all I can say is hendrex better get a bigger sponsor sticker for the oil they put in the cars that will be good advertising for sure....and I feel the same keep the cup guys out of the bush racers:jet: :jet: :jet: :jet: and it will be a good race just because kyle will be running away from big bro all day.............
 
All these crew chiefs trying to cut corners are getting caught but the thing abt this whole mess is NASCAR warned the teams in advance there will be no tollerance if ya get caought cheating ur gonna pay the price no matter who you are. I personally think as long as NASCAR warned them abt that and is fair accross the board then these teams should be penalized. Mike Waltrip better watch his but otherwise he's gonna loose all his sponcers.
 
AWWWWWW what happend to old jeffy today was if his turn for a bad day I missed the race but heard alittle can't wait to see what happend....:wasted:
 
41st place finish and STILL the points leader....Plus that DNF was not his fault.Wrong place wrong time.And he was up to 4th from a 32nd starting spot after just 61 laps.That still makes him DA MAN!!!!!He had built up the largest lead ever in Nascar history after 11 races.That has to account for something..
