do you think it is worth super charging my .26 street maxx, or just use the cash to buy more hardcore aluminum?

The link wouldnt open for me for some reason.

Either which way, with a .26 you should have plenty of power to go around for a TMaxx. I would throw the money elsewhere. If you do manage to get a ton more power out of your existing .26 you will more than likely have to upgrade the diffs, gears and drivetrain to withstand the power. Trust me when I tell you that!

What other hopups have you done?

P.S. - It finally opened - so now I know what you meant. I can't vouch for that charger. But if it does what is claims, you will DEFINATELY need to update the gears, diffs and drivetrain.

Is it the Picco .26?

I am not a believer in the supercharger or the NOX systems on an RC engine. I do believe in spending a little extra time learning to properly tune your engine.

If your just after the Cool Factor Hell Man, Go for it. If you want it to run reliably stay away.

I say you be a test mule for everyone here on the forum to actually see how one of those superchargers performs. jk, it's your choice. No one here (that I have heard of) can actually attest the performance or reliabilty of one of those superchargers, so it's be interesting to see how they actually perform, and how they affect the engine's tuning characteristics. If it were me, I'd save that money for another ride. You can't have too many!
