What do you all think of RedCat Racing. Is it a good place to get parts?

I have an eletric start and extra glow plugs on the way. I hope to run the buggy this weekend. I will try to post a picture or video. I just hope to do some running along with all this wrenching. It's getting to be more fun now and I have been working on a track out back while waiting for parts. I work for a CNC company and I cut the parts for some small plywood ramps. I'll be adding loctite :D in hopes of staying together. I plan on small hops before trying big air LOL.

Ok maybe the frustrating thing is waiting for parts, working on the car is actually pretty fun as long as you have the stuff you need. I have the buggy back together and I am going to review the carb tuning video and try to start the car :) wish me luck.

crap i just rememberd do i need my glo plug ignighter? guys i need an awnser quick:bowtothercnt:just kidding:hehe:but really do i need it?

great run with the new parts :D i'm starting to get the hang of things but i'm still messing with the carb during break in.
Can anyone give a good rule of thumb on when to use after run oil?

I got a litle tired of the car today and spent some time with my other 2 stroke:D

I would say a good rule of thumb is after your done running it.
It only takes a minute.
I after run mine after each run.

And try to remember if it doesn't need adjusted don't adjust it. And if you do adjust it only in very small incriments 1/16 of a turn only when it is warmed up.
The reason i say this is because of break in pains. I have seens rigs not want to run at all at first untill it broke in a little. then there are the ones that run fine right away. You should run a little rich during break in try not to run it to lean.

And remember colder weather it needs to be a lil richer and warmer weather it needs to be a lil leaner.

Welcome to the Hobby And the forum.
Glad you got your rigg running. Hope this helps...

No you don't Just take glow plug out and drop match in hole.

LMAO! :OMG: Thats just not right. You know someone is looking at that thinkin... Will that really work?? LOL
