Hey Guys,

Is it possible to get a 200mm lid to fit a 190mm chassis? Thanks

Tom

Sure, just offset the difference on each side when mounting it. the wheels will sit in from the body about 5mm on each side. But you could always pick up a set of offset rims to make up most of that difference.

Thanks NC... I was wondering how that would work. Although I don't have a touring car just yet, I am looking at all the options out there. I have always wanted a corvette and Proline has a body but it is 200mm. I figure since the 1:1 is a dream at this point, I could at least have the RC version. Any suggestions as to where to start looking for tires/wheels? I like to do alot of research before buying something and I am looking at all the facets of a touring car. The next big thing is figuring out how to make batteries. Thanks again.

HPI makes a real nice C6 with light buckets and all, much nicer than the pro line version. It would look great too with the 31mm offset hpi rims.

Thanks my friend. I will check it out.
