It's still pretty big, more the footprint of the outcast 8s though I think. I was in awe the first few times I saw the xmaxx, outcast 8s and kraton 8s in action though. A buddy of mine airs them all out a lot. Took quite a bit to get the arrma's to put up with what his x-maxx puts up with though.

If you like to jump alot, then buy Xmaxx. That is one light weight car.

In my case i will drive my Large Scale most on the big grass field i have near me like 80% of my runs.
I need something that sits to the ground and dont roll over all time.
Xmaxx are very unstable i have seen. But Great Jump cars anyway if you like jump alot.

I will only run at Gravel pit maybe two times mounth, mostly at big grass area about 8 of 10 runs

I love the big scale stuff but my wallet quivers anytime I get anywhere near one.
I have a 1/5 scale snowmobile, go kart and xmaxx so far. I have an older Kraton that I've beat mercilessly and I honestly think it's twice as tough as any xmaxx.

I love the big scale also. I have a Xmaxx I built, Rovan Baja 5b "my favorite RC", and am currently building custom Baja 5b.
I might start a K8 after I'm finished with the Baja.
