This is my first time ever even seeing one of these. I had the 1/8 scale version years ago. I want to tear this down and check every screw and the condition of the diffs. From test driving it seemed like the center diff fluid needs increased. At initial throttle those front tires immediately turn to pizza cutters. There is alot of power going through this drivetrain.

I have no idea what is inside this diff🤣. I think it could be ear plugs or some type of black putty. Either way, whatever it was broke down way too fast. Ima put some 500,000CST in there.

It seems like that back and forth play in the spur is just the way it is. I dug into some Arrma forums and people say it doesn't effect anything.
I was able to shim the bearing in the case with diff shims to take a lot of the extra play out.

Dang, either I really suck, or these 8mm bullets are just hard and awkward to solder. I am leaning towards " I suck"🤣. I slipped and seared my finger pretty good. At least it seared the finger I shattered a couple years ago, so it doeant have much feeling left in it...

Wow! I finally got to test run this thing today. It is so plush. It flies over jumps very well. Its a level flyer. Just a couple things I dont like, but can be fixed with tuning... except the servo saver. I really dont like the servo saver setup.

What a beast though! I had that thing flying probably 10+ feet in the air with a 30ft distance. Very consistent rig.

What happened to the "old" ESC?

Did they warranty it for you?

It looks like that one capacitor was just about ground threw the case. 😬
I used the trade in program tonfet a new ESC at discounted price.
