I need a digital camcorder

I'm looking for a digital camcorder that records to a file each time you press record. the tape types don't do this. anybody know of a good one?

Join the club. lol.. Thats what I asked for for Xmas. So we'll see. I had my eye on a JVC one that had a mp3 and stuff in it as well. Was pretty cool. Ill see if I can find the link for it.

Yeah, I'm with Andy on this one! I asked Santa for one as well. Here's what I picked out:

I looked and looked for a few months for one..
And found the sony handy cam DVD101 to my likeing lots of fetures.and very easy to use..
And all for 500$

I plan on getting the JVC Everio in the near future. Just need to drop by Best Buy to check it out in person before buying.
