I'm going to the steakhouse tomm. and root around in the garbage to see if I can get a free lunch. Mickydees always gives me the runs!

I have a hard time beleiving most homeless people aren't lazy or have addition issues.....I've known a lot of them....I was too for a short time....I never seriously begged (I have to get train tokens but that's it) but I see some of em counting money at the end of the day and they had enough to get basic survival needs.....they CHOSE to get other things.....I understand the mentality of owning little and seeing others w/ so much, at least to them it seems that way, but do something about it instead of whining how bad your life sucks....get a job sweeping sidewalks infront of stores, offer to clean toilets for small businesses, fast food restaurants, Messenger, flier boy, sell papers.....there is ALWAYS work to be done somewhere that a person is willing to pay for....and when I see mentally unstable people I might talk to them and see what's up....I'm honest to them when the start trying to get chummy w/ me......and say I just don't trust people intheir position....I've been burnt too many times trying to help em....but I've also helped a few better themselves.....hell I lived in a squat that had no floors in half the building and thought that was fine...then met a bunch of squatters who fixed up an entire building, (C-squat in LES) these guys fixed pipes/electric and walls/floors....I mean it was like we had our own apartments...there are always things you can do to get out of being homeless is all...if the guy wants to accept the food or not it's his choice and he gotta live w/ it.....
