I finally made it!

I have been to this hill of rocks under the interstate several times and tried a dozen or so times to make it up and over without touching the RC but never quite made it. Since my last visit I have added brass weighted portal covers, two-stage foam to my tires and lowered the gearing by switching the spur gear from the stock 14t to 11t. Today I was able to go all the way! Hooray for small victories!
