River rock is where it gets real..........

I built this bug in the hopes that it would crawl well. It went up and down the curb well, I thought, but that is not real crawling. I did get it out to Broughton Beach and, and if I say so myself, I think I built a hell of a crawler. But here is the thing, and I believe all HARD CORE CRAWLERS agree, River Rock is where it's at. Trailing is nice and volcanic formations are quite a playground for crawlers, but if you are one of those that HAVE TO KNOW how good your builds really are, there is nothing like RIVER ROCK to to show the naked (calm down, not that kind of naked) truth......The TRUE test of a crawler.

I HAD to know.....and now I believe that my little home built Green Bug handled this pull AS WELL AS ANY CRAWLER OUT THERE, period. I don't think the "comp" folks could have made this pass any better......Let's be real.

Are you thinking this is FALSE advertising? I never mentioned BEACH rock (and ACE does not carry any), it's River rock. It says so right on the bag. And the is VIDEO proof it crawls on river rock. Though, I may do a BEACH rock test a bit later in the year.....

This is part of the TRAIL to Beaver Falls (Oregon)...Crawling is supposed to be good at the Falls...I thought the trails were easily the best I have been on. If the trail is a mile long then 80% is this kind of terrain. Great place to crawl and some difficult lines on very narrow places.....even walking has issues in a few places.....
