Awesome store!

For this trailer build, I wouldn't bother going with 12.9 grade screws from Tony's. I would save those for your RC's. 10.9 grade will be just fine. Uxcell on Amazon has decent screws. Another good seller is 'Regan s Store' on ebay. Not quite as good as Monster Bolts, but plenty good for 3d print work. And they generally have what I feel is a bit more rust proof finish.

Dyscalculia is a learning disorder that affects a person’s ability to do math. Much like dyslexia disrupts areas of the brain related to reading, dyscalculia affects brain areas that handle math- and number-related skills and understanding. Symptoms of this condition usually appear in childhood, but adults may have dyscalculia without knowing it.
numbers..... my main weakness lol

Buying an entire m3 screw kit off Amazon would solve this. Just make sure to look at reviews.

Gather up a list of what screws ya need man, and I'll point ya in the right direction. I guarantee ya, there ain't nobody on this forum with more screws than me 😅

This is just my M3's and M4's. I have another cabinet with M2's and M2.5's. Along with numerous containers of everything from M1's, M5's, M6's, flats, buttons, caps, set screws, etc. Machine screws, plastic screws, wood screws, etc. Hi. My name is Wicked, and I am a screw hoarder.

Yeah. WickedFog recommended monsterbolts.com to me after I had a tough time contacting another screw company.
The site is easy for me to navigate and they were fast as hell with shipping!
They will be my regular moving forward.
If you get stuck, these guys are awesome! 😎

Well this is coming along slowly but well.
I need to find some screws still
I ordered some but am gonna have to find the rest on monsterbolts
I currently only have purple petg
So I'm going to spray paint the parts that are printed in purple
I started with the main frame and am basically just printing them in order so I can HOPEFULLY assemble it correctly lol

this is the hardware i still need to find.

M2 x 10mm grub screws
M3 button head bolts 40mm
M2x 8mm
Assorted M3 nuts and lock nuts (for axles)

“Lesu” style 167mm housing width (182 hex width) unpowered trailer axles:
https://amzn.to/43sf3aa

“Lesu” style 1/14 scale dually wheels and tires (though other sizes can be used 85mm diameter recommended):
https://amzn.to/43MLAaG

deck board
Size .75” x 9.25” (commonly labeled as 1x10 board).
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Poplar-...ual-0-75-in-x-9-25-in-x-R-L-0018493/303981608

A coupler to attach the trailer to your truck. It is designed for either an m4 sized bolt (for semi style 5th wheels) or for a quick coupler (opening is 11.2mm).
I'm going to order new as opposed to trying to reuse the hitch from the other trailer. but id like a similar style as its super convinient to connect/disconnect. so i need to find that as well

thanks brther

What in tge hell is he gonna do with 50 of those? 🫠🙃😆
I don't know. But they're only a few bucks 😉

Stainless grubs are the worst. Especially in 3d printed parts. That long of an m2 set screw, it gets tighter and tighter. That socket will be like peanut butter before he gets it all the way in.

Still waiting on hardware axles decking and a few other items
But still churning out parts
Today we are starting on the axles and suspension.
I'm unable to print the TPU suspension.
The brand I got doesn't like the ams apparently.
Bambu labs sells some that is safe for ams use. The other says NOT for ams. So I'm assuming the brand I got is also not compatible with the ams unit.
Trailer is maybe a little too long... I dunno it's around 5 feet so far but I don't know if it will fit easily in a vehicle at that length lol
We gonna find out tho

worked on a work around for the tpu suspension (which i honeslty didnt want to use) i think this should work,
the frame braces have evenly spaced holes to accomidate multiple mounting points, the pic from cnc shows a small gap between the suspension plates, if i put the 3rd it is about the same distance as it is without.
as of now its a 4 foot trailer, this may be a little long but its what we're going with, this will let me load 2 crawlers and the king sling,
