When I lived in Hawaii as a kid we used to have Mango fights. 🤣 Mango trees were every where, and we would pick up the squishy rotting ones and chuck 'em at each other. They are super sticky at that stage of decomp. :wtf: I still can't eat them because of allergies.

Do you use Tajin?

A coworker recently got me into chamoy. I've never heard of this stuff until a month ago. Really good on early ripened mango! As a matter of fact, I had a whole mango with chamoy just a little over an hour ago.

Chamoy kinda reminds me of one of the ways Vietnamese would eat early ripened mango. A slurry dip consisting of table sugar, fish sauce(nuoc mam), and fresh crushed Thai chilli.
