Looks good rcnut. How did you attach those pictures like that. Nice nice job. What engine are you running or is that just a stock mayhem?
Also welcome to the rcnitrotalk.com rcnut. That is if you havent been welcomed already.

when you go to post a message go to advanced mode. There is a button for manage attachments click that and then browse your hard drive to locate the pic you want, selest the pic by clicking on it, then hit open . hit upload and the pic will upload to your post, then close the manage attachments window. Also remember rcnitrotalk has a file limit of I think 680x480 for the picture size.

Bill

Thats one way to do it. Never thought of that. What kind of lauch do you get? I would get it wouldent be as graceful as if there was a nice smooth slope. Here are some pics of my ramp.

I'm thinking of building a ramp myself..i have tried the portable duratrash jump and thats exactly what it was trash..so I'm looking at building my own portable ramp..how hard is it to get the plywood to curve like that?

I was not hard at all. All you have to do is slope the side pieces and drill the plywood on. Its quarter inch so its real flexible.

Looks good guys. If I'm not mistaken you both have (or had) hyper 7s right? What have you found to be the greatest performance upgrades around. Also what mills are you guys running in them. I'm still down from a BAD landing on one of the jumps but ill have more action shots sooner or later.

I ended up trading mine before I really got to know the buggy. I do know, that I should have kept it... lol I was running an OFNA Hyper 8 port with an OS carb. It was OK for what I needed at the time. I would recommend an OS Vspec, or REX P5...

Yeah I had a PCR, the things that I found that worked well were...I added long CVDs in the front and rear, you can run wider up front for better handleing. I also agree another mill would help big time!

So you reccomend the rex p5? How many gallons should the hyper 8 port last. I dont even have a full gallon through yet. Is the p5 known to be durable and have plenty of longevity? Also what is the difference between the p5 mills. There are like 5 or 6 different p5s on the web site. What do you guys think about the new novarossi .21. Its called the Novarossi Plus 3c or something like that. Once again there is two of those so whats the difference? Sorry for the noob questions. AND keep those action pics coming.

The p5x is the newest p5 on the market, its supposed to be easier to tune becuase of the 2 needle carb. It also has a larger rear bearing. All the other p5 imo are just as good as the new ones.

Nova mills are as good as they come REX, TOP, and NOVAROSSI are all the same, they come out of the same facotry and use the same parts.

Ok that sound good. Ill probably shoot for the p5x when the new season begins. Getting cooler and cooler everyday. Ill through my hyper 8 port I'm my savage and have fun in the winter time. Thanks for the advice guys. Thirsty for some action packed pics.

P.S. What should i do to the savage if i want to run in the snow?
