Can you reccomend any good strong gear sets? RC4WD have some but are yet to be released that are sposed to be bomb proof!

The HR gears are great. I've not had any trouble with them. If you get them and vp trans cases and motor plates or cases and do a 9mm bearing mod to your stock motor plates, you should be good.

I have seen several blown up HR gears around here, specially the locker. The RC4WD look solid and if you can wait the VP will be the strongest by far.

Vp needs to hurry. Maybe ill start with everything around the gears until then

Just landed about 250 bucks from selling some parts off my car and need a push in the right direction on where to start, thanks guys:D

Start with some rear wheels. I've got some v3 slw's with the hubs you would need for the rear in the for sale section. :D

You already have knuckles, c's and lockouts in aluminum?

I'm not sure. I made a straight link right after getting into my xr10. I've got any extra for $5 shipped. You would need two revo ends...I could slightly bend it too for you so it fits better than a straight one.

RPP has DH Pro Comps x4 for 170, VP is out of black and thats what I want, if I get the DH PCs with the hexs curtis recomended would they still work fine? (Remember I am running pitbulls still)

Would what still work?

Nvm they are revolvers, I just wanna make sure that the wheels I get will work fine with my pitbulls and my 0 acker knucks and am lost on picking them out, VP is too expensive for every little detail to buy on wheels lol

They are very expensive and their are plenty of other wheels out there. The stock wheels work just fine too.

VPs site says the 0 acker knucks wont work with the stock wheels :\

Maybe you can help me pick a set of 4 out that arent going to kill my 320ish spending limit? lol

Oh thats right. I'm using comp phatty mayhems but had to customize some real thick hexes to make them work.

If you want vp's, just put a wtb ad up on rcc for 4-black slw's used. Could prolly get them for $75.

Would 1" SLW V2s all around with differant hexes work at all? and I dont know what VP means by the color RAW?... I dont want mismatched wheels
