I use the LRP competition Pulsar.
Works great. also, I have the Novack Millenium pro charger.
Both work for me, and the guy's in my race club.
We have a few guy's running the Turbo 35, but thats big bucks.
I dont know the nature of your post. If your asking if this is as good as? or is it just good.
In comparison, the chargers that I mentioned, are a little more expensive, but worth it for my liking.
Just my 2 cents. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXASY6&P=ML

I'm just looking for a charger that can charger *everything* I have including those new lithium something ion batteries that came out recently. I am just trying to get the good stuff right. I plan on racing my cars and dont want to be left behind for something that could habe been avoided.

Don't get Lithium batteries. I don't know if you saw my post on warning about them, but they are very volitile when used improperly and have been found to easily catch on fire.

I dunno about you, but i'll probably be getting an MRC superbrain 969. Seems like a good value for the money.

But when used properly, dont they work great? I was thinking about the same charger myself, but I read somewhere on this forum people are having a problem with it not PEAK charging properly all the time. That could be a problem.

I'm sure they work great when they're not on fire. But i've heard too many bad things about them. Like they can't be damaged at all. If they're exposed they will have a chemical reaction and catch on fire burning at 1300 degrees.

i think there was also chances of fires if they're overcharged. AMA doesn't recommend charging the batteries unattended for fear of them catching fire.

Regardless of whether they're the best batteries in the world, if they're just waiting to ignite into a huge ball of flames, why would you want to use them?

there's a video of the batteries in action

From what I have heard the Triton is a nice charger that can do it all.

I am currently using the Hobbico Quick Field DC Charger MKII 12 Volt.

I just picked this up last month. So far I have been very happy with it. The best thing is that it can charge two things at once. You will need to purchase a Power supply. I picked up a Cosel power supply off of eBay for $20 bucks.
