How to make a hyper 7 into a truggy??

HEEEHEEEE an MBX4?Well maybe the MT tires, but lower than a MT. They used to be called a large ST.Or 4wd ST.Guess they are a 1/8 4wd ST? Had this conversation on many boards.Unlimited? Not really since many tracks limit mill size to .28.

When you guys refer to a truggy, are you implying big-honking-monster-truck-tired-lose-all-the-buggy's-good-handling truggy, or more like 1/8-scaled-version-of-a-staduim-truck-size-tires-like-a-xxxnt truggy?

In the hands of the right driver these things will run faster laps then buggies. Just look at the results.

my truggy is just as fast as my xb8 with the vspec in it. the difference in handling is that the truggy has goobs more traction than a buggy could ever hope for but isnt quite as nimble. i can toss my buggy around a lot easier because it has less inertia than the truggy. but if you hold your line with the truggy, you will likely turn faster laps with it.

actually a truggy is a Buggy converted to a MT.

I'm doing mine the other way...I turned a T-maxx into a truggy....and it is LIGHT....haven't weighed it yet but it's lighter than my friends Race Revo.....

how bout selling the ofna and take the $$$ for the JT kit and get a new Truggy?...just an idea

Please don't plant those kind of ideas in my head; I almost put up my ofna for sale out of reflex!! I've spent a lot of money on the ofna; in particular a new SH .21 pro (it has a 1 1/2 gallon thru it now) so I tempted to hold onto it.

lol...hey you can always keep that engine and sell the OFNA as a roller ...or keep it and by the time the Mayhem Truggy is available, you should have $$$ to buy that ...if not, sell the buggy lol.

i say sell the ofna and just wait out the release of the new Jmmin MT. now that will be the truggy for me...just might sell my savage to fund that toy...
