I'm not in my mbx5 (2 washers under ackmen arm and it went byebye), but i was wondering if any one finds a benifit for it or use for it.. ?

a benefit or use for what? Man I don't get your post. at least take 5 secs to skim through a post and make sure its understandable before you post it....

if you want a fix for the ackermann plate bending, buy a pair of them, and stick them together. And then use longer screws. This setup will resist bending much better.
