Hey, how do I post a pic from my ipad.... I got a message that said the picture was too large?

Theres a maximum file size for pictures of 1MB. If your picture is bigger than that there are tons of online picture resizer websites you can use to resize the pic. Just google "picture resizer". If you have Photoshop you can just load the image into it, click "save as" and when the slider pops up asking what picture quality you want just adjust it until the file size on the right side fo the slider reads less than 1MB
