How Can I Get These Wheels Off?

I’m doing a build thread about fixing an old eBay AsSocrates RC10T2 and the wheels nuts are not standard 7mm hexes. The front ones are smaller and the rear wheels are bigger that 7mm. And I think that the rear wheel nuts are a bit rounded off. Please advise.

Try holding the axle shaft with a pair of pliers an un screw the nut off ,the axle may be turning while you
are loosening the wheel nut!..

Also, what are some good simple metal 12mm wheel hexes? and 7mm wheel nuts.

RC10T2 is USS thread, not metric. Axle is a #8 and factory T2 takes an 11/32 hex driver. That image looks like an RPM nylon wheel nut. Can't remember, but it takes either a 5/16" or a 3/8" hex driver. I've experienced both with my previous RC10-series builds. Grab a set of USS nut drivers will help a lot. You need a 1/4 hex driver as well for the #4 threaded fasteners. Good luck. 'AC'

Chemicals. Soak them in acetone. Trim off excess. Done.
