Picked this up as a roller, gonna go with a 1/8 system,XO-1 Tires,Revo shocks, and a few changes of drawers when i finally throw it down on 6s, getting some guidance from @DreamMachine with any questions i have, as we know he is the king of speed on this forum. Traxxas Slash converted to a Scalpel, gotta dye the chassis black and start building the diffs0 and getting the slop out of the drivetrain,as much as i can anyway.

With that much body, and a light weight rig, i see issues with going airborn. Thats what happened with my BL Slash on 3s.

that body is designed for speed runs, there are several videos of this body running 100+ enough weight and aero will keep it on the ground.

I have a 100+MPH Rustler and between building it and repairing it I've got at least $2200 in it now. Needless to say I dont run it much anymore. Its awesome though, theres no doubt about it

Yes i have seen it, not sure how the areo will be on it, not real sure they had speed in mind for that body.

I would look into a Poseidon motor paired with an XL2 honestly. I've seen a 4WD slash pullin 120mph on 6s, but in the need for speed 8s is always an option lol
