Got to ran the rustler with the new system. Everything ran well. Motor kept cool. It has the smaller motor shaft and the only pinion I had was a 23tooth and ran well so planning to keep that gearing. ESC was a little hot after running. But it does come with a powerful fan which is good. Still running the stock settings but my uncle is coming over with his programmer later today. I am going to try to add more brake. Stock is at 75% and I am going to try to put it to 87% brake. Everything ran well and nothing broke during my one battery pack bash last night. Still have a battery pack charged but it is raining so I don't know if I am going out today. I did noticed that the 3652 motors come with smaller bullet connectors. The 3660 motor which comes in the SCT combo has 4mm bullets and a 5mm motor shaft. This was ok I was just seeing if I could use the 3660 motor with the 60a ESC. I could make adapters if needed. So far I had been liking the hobbywing systems. Motors stay cool when bashing even the esc's. I haven't had any problems with the systems yet. The stock settings on the ESC are good. I do have to put up the brakes on the 60a ESC and might even turn the punch up too. I am also running my Radiolink radio so I can turn down or up the throttle from the radio. I am also using xt60s to TRX adapters.

ESC in the car
Also I did not get the combo. Since they had it all out of stock I got the ESC separate from the motor which is the same thing I would got with the combo but it was a little bit more expensive than the combo. Also got this before black Friday so I should of waited. Lol
Also I did reroute the motor temp sensor. Ran it with the motor wires and zipped tied it to the motor wires so it does not get caught up on anything.
The motor did come with a motor shaft adapter so you can run 5mm bore pinion but I wouldn't recommend to do that because the motor shaft might break. I also wonder if I can switch it out to a 5mm shaft?

Great choice on the motor! I love them things. I run the same motor in a 1/10 scale 4wd ST/mini truggy. I was afraid at first that it wouldn't have enough power to keep all four tires churning for any length of time. Stupid good torque.

Keeping the large knobby Badlands SC tires turning... I have no problems with running the included 5mm adaptor for my 32P pinions. But, I do run on medium~loose dirt track which probably helps. Running your slipper with correct tension should provide motor's shaft with a long and healthy life.
