I'm putting these aluminum arms in. One thing I noticed was the bushings that are installed aren't exactly correct for the setup. They need to be fit as needed with the extras that came with it. As an example, this bushing came flipped but needs to be this way for clearance between the shock and frame rail.

Another thing I was thinking about while I put the rear arms in. The orings on those bushings.......anyone running one oring? Or is it best to run two, one on each side? The links seam tight with two.

Otherwise I think it's going to be nice that the links aren't going to bend like stock. The clearance is nice also.

Yeah, as Doom said, I ditch one or both o-rings on my SCX24's because the suspension won't move freely. No biggie as long as you remember that, just in case you ever remove the links. I kinda think that is all they are on there for - to hold the balls in until you install them.

Sounds good. It really felt tight.

I finally got the links on and some other stuff done on this one.

One o-ring worked perfectly. Two was way to tight, and with none it bound up from being too loose.

The new servo is very smooth compared to the stock one and it has a lot more clearance for the frame rails.

I have found reducing the number of o-rings to be helpful in limbering up several of my rigs, especially with aftermarket links.

@Guest D how has the servo been working out? I did the grind job on the factory servo, but it still catches occasionally, your setup looks good, went to order and some folks did not think that servo held up very well, wanted to see what you thought. Thanks.

It's working great so far. The shock position and links really helped it stretch the wheels out. I don't have pictures but almost the whole screw would be hitting the frame rail as I held it. The stock servo was burnt up so I didn't get to use everything together before the servo swap. But it really works well.....better.
