Going to be a sweet ride.

If you decide to sell your savage, you should part it out. You will be able to get more for all the upgraded parts separately than if you sell it as a whole.

nice list there. i whould have gone for the ws711.but thats IMO..but the rest of the setup is nice...

Also with the savage, if you have all the stock parts still, make it stock again and sell it, then sell the hop-ups as extra.

You might want to check with EL P. He has the same buggy/engine as your working on I think. From what I've read, he's had a pretty rough time controling the thing. Even though it's cool, if it's uncontrolable, your not going to win many races.

Just a thought that might save you some $ on the engine.

i hope so too on that error. one thing i did forget was the starter box, which i will go pick up at the lhs. i may do that and sell the parts for the savage and make it stock again, but then again i may not sell it. when you say the engine is uncontroable do you mean its too fast?

The Sirio .21 K Edition will be just fine. Olds got that one mixed up with EP's Sirio Monster Power .27. I run the .21 and it suits my K3 very nicely. Very smooth powerband and not over powered at all. the top end is sick though, topping out at a minimum of 40K.

ok i guess i will be selling my savage. this is the first time it has occured to me selling parts separatly(sp)! Ok i will be selling parts from my savage. I will post everything i am selling up at the aution site and they will be on ebay. As for the buggy i hope i can get it before summer ends, becuase i really want to race this summer!

Sorry about that. I couldn't remember for sure what engine he had.

And I am hearing nothing but great things about the new Kanai evo 2 (the new Kanai .21). I cannot waitt o get my hands on one as that will be my next .21.

You might want to add a failsafe & good rechargeable hump pack to your list. Another item I've heard mentioned is maybe some heavy duty servo horns. I knoe ServoCity has a few different types.. That buggy sounds like it's going to kick some a$$... Good luck with it, & dont forget to get some pics of the build & finished product...
Later...

i already got a failsafe and a battery pack, will look into those servo horns. lol wont forget the pics either after iam done!

I gotta get me one of those. But I want the Kanai 3.
I'm gonna ask for $$ for fathers day!
Sounds good on the parts list.
Good luck, and post pics

you may want to add some chassis braces to that list..
also.. i would go up in oil.. a good stock setup for the Kanai is 60 front and 40 rear.
diffs look good.. motor is good.. but i woulda picked the WS7II or a P5.
I'm not a big fan of the 2050 pipe.. but thats me..
your car should come with a fuel filter..
also.. you may want to try buying some of Panther premounted tires.. a good tire is the Kamoto dragon I.. great all around tire.. the knuckles are good too.. just the Kamoto's are better perfoming in race conditions..

Other than that.. i think you are good.. may want to go with (2) hitec 645mg rather than the 625.. not enough torque i dont think...

Also.. you can get a JR XS3 radio... which is synthesized.. for cheaper..

definitely think of the chassis braces.. the stock ones are pretty weak.. give too much flex.. racers edge.. are nice.. but since you will have all blue in the car.. go with fioroni.. there is a guy in here selling alot of fioroni stuff in the sale section..
