i have a connector on my on/off switch that is a bec connector. i want to buy a rechargeable battery pack that has a jtype connector now does anyone know if there is a jumper that can be connected to the jtype connector so that i can plug the battery pack into my on/off switch. or does anyone know where i can get a 6volt 5 cell pack with a bec connector???

I am unfamiliar with the BEC connector by that name.
Do you have a photo or a link to look at.
Most Battery packs have just 2 wires red+ and Black-. if all else fails you can replace the connector end or get another lead of the proper type and solder it to the pack or switch.
