Sky rc t100 not working

Hi

My sky rc t100 has stated to show the error code reverse polarity what does this mean it won’t go away. I charged my battery’s and after taking off charge this showed on the screen does anything know what this mean?

Are you sure you plugged in the battery right?

It could be this: If you plugged the battery in backwards it should show error code reverse polarity, but if you unplug the battery and plug it in the right way the error code doesn't automatically clear you have to click exit before doing any settings/charge cycle. That's at least how my old T200 was like. T100 should have the same software/hardware.

I can’t see how I could of plugged it in the wrong the wires won’t allow incorrect connection they were 100% red to red and black to black

Have you used a meter to test everything? You need to figure out if its your charger or your battery thats causing issues.

In typical tech support fashion... unplug the charger, let sit for a minute, plug back in, let things reboot.
