Ok, here it is. I've got 4 servo's and 2 vehicles and I'd like some opinions on which ones to put where. I'm planning on racing these so I want to use the best attributes of these servos for the best job in it's particular vehicle. All four servos are digital, coreless and metal geared.

Vehicles:
  1. T-Maxx (40 series tires, dual disk brake)
  2. TTR S3 buggy
Servos:

  1. S9350 (.12 sec. & 139 oz/in)
  2. S9351 (.13 sec. & 192 oz/in)
  3. S9451 (.10 sec. & 121 oz/in)
  4. S9452 (.11 sec. & 128 oz/in)
Right now I'm thinking #3 for steering in the buggy is basically a given due to it's speed. After that I'm not really sure... help?

  1. S9350 (.12 sec. & 139 oz/in) S3 Steering
  2. S9351 (.13 sec. & 192 oz/in) T-Maxx Steering
  3. S9451 (.10 sec. & 121 oz/in) S3 Throttle/Brake
  4. S9452 (.11 sec. & 128 oz/in) T-Maxx Throttle/Brake

I like more torque for steering on the buggy and .02 sec. won't make a difference you can notice.

Yes I agree.

2 for 2 on the same setups.

Here's another one for ya... I have a GT2 I'm going to race with the other two vehicles. I have stock servo's in there now but would like to upgrade to digi's. I'm thinking of pulling my S9550 from my Lazer to do the steering work (.10 sec. & only 80 oz/in) and I just scored an S3050 (.16 sec. & 90 oz/in.) for 50% off at my LHS today. Thought that would do well for T/B. I figure I don't need something like my other four with 120+ oz/in since it's 2WD and doesn't have a lot of weight on the front tires. but is 80 enough? That one from my Lazer is metal geared which is why I'm thinking of using it for steering. It seemed great in my Lazer although that's a bit lighter vehicle.
