Help with pond.

If you put down some of that mat that stops grass from growing around culverts, and then cover it with stones. The entire bed of your pond will stop growing weeds, but you might start to house bottom feeders like leaches, snails

Just curious more than anything, but did the LSU ag center recommend to you to use roundup?

Nah, it was the recommendation of several landscaping guys I know.

Finally got it to where I want it to be for now. All the debris drug out to the front curb, so HOPEFULLY trash pick up will take care of it.

Found the snake. Was up on the bank when I started clearing the debris, then I ran into the house to get my .22, came back and he was in the middle of the pond.
