The center diff and suspension arms lead me to believe it's a Thunder Tiger buggy of some sort.
Could possibly be a EB4 model but some of the parts on yours look slightly different.

Edit: What you have there is a Thunder Tiger Mirage V Spec

It looks very similar to my hobao hyper, but like they said it's a thunder tiger.
