My Dad when he lived here and crap had a 71 240z. Mad a father to son promise that It would be mine when I got old enough, That promise failed at age 7 lol.

Scott, I'd love to have an S14, But they are expensive and slightly heavier. I'd like to have the S13, So I could put the S13 Silvia front end conversion on it.

The stock engines on 240s can actually produce more power than a SR, If properly done. They would be much more reliable too. The SR has start up problems sometimes in cold weather I heard of, And the exhaust gasket cracks often. This info is from my older friend who actually has one. He will be helping with the swap.

haha, there's this guy with a black 240 i see ALL the time who's turbocharged. Never talked to him so I dunno if he did a turbo or engine swap, i'd imagine he did a swap.

I managed to get behind him and he took off a little bit. Was burning a lot of oil, but car seemed pretty quick. Only problem was he is all engine. It's funny to me cuz i know i'd kick the poop outta him in the twisties.

If it was a true Sylvia you wouldn't have a chance either way. Not trying to bust any nuts as I wouldn't stand a chand either!

Actually, my car handles pretty good. I did an autox in the rain and managed to run equal times with a few modded subaru wrx's. Trust me, I know how to drive.

I know i'd get beat pretty bad by that guy if he knew how to drive. But i'll guarantee you he'd try to use his power too much in the corners and get in trouble.

HB, I have a bad ass system too, Its the sound of my sprocket when i'm rotating my feet in the reverse direction on my pedals. Or when I sing to myself rolling down the sidewalk. Usually it is at least Panama by Van Halen.

no worries...anyhoo, the TC is alright, i thought i liked it at first, but the more i look at it, more i don't like it. Something about the body style.

I do like the clutch on it though. My clutch isn't grabby at all, TC's clutch feels just right.

The TC is sick body or not. Watch out for major mods for that car! I almost bought one before my Nissan. The only reason I didn't was the finanacing they offerred me. 2 each his own though.
