It's called the "Spur gear" and is the cheap part that will sacrifice if something goes wrong. The pinion gear on the engine clutch will turn the spur gear on the slipper clutch and that will turn your transmission and make everything move.
You need to provide the make and model of the car or truck in order to get a new one.
Do you have the manual? If not, find it on line and use the part number to buy a new one on ebay or a local hobby shop.

Yes, as Rolex said- that's the spur gear, but we can't help you any further unless we know what model your car is, so any pictures would be great :)

Hi thankyou for your help with Help for the name of the part, I have a picture I will attach of the car he told me it was a Thunder Tiger Pro 21R

The Thunder Tiger Pro 21R is an engine, not a vehicle....
Although, that is the engine mounted on the vehicle. As for the vehicle I believe its a Schumacher Nitro 21 XTR 3E.
The spur gear you need looks to be part U2174 (Schumacher) and you can buy one here:

£4.27

Hope it helps :)

Here's the parts list if you need it again:
