Help appreciated!!!

Hi my mate has an 16th e revo vxl brushless that he's having a few problems with.
It's not braking like it was doing when he bought it ( really slow at braking) and it won't pull off very quick on grass or on a slight incline!
Tried changing the transmission but that didn't work!
He's stripped the diff down and everything seems ok there too, and it's still the same!
Help appreciated thanks guys

post a video of exactly what its doing and the noises (if any) that its making? If hes overheated his motor he might have damaged it. that the only other thing that pops to mind.

It sounds like the slipper clutch needs to be tightened a bit.

Apparently He's checked the slipper clutch too and everything's ok there! I will try and get him to send me a vid to post if he can
