There's no way I'd fly any fixed pitch bird, let alone a co ax at sea or anywhere around it. You're pretty much along for the ride if the wind really kicks up with no negative pitch to pull it down.

I'm sure the ship is docked. If it was moving at 15-20 knots, he couldn't get it back in.
