Awsome man!
I have that radio in my baja.

If the pist/sleeve is ok,but can't get it out ,you can cut the block at the bottom enough
to get a tool to push on the sleeve ,I have an xtra block that you can have for free.
Thanks if it comes to it thatd be a huge help you in the uk? What do use to cut it?

Typically what you first power up the radio and reciever the servos will only move once as they are centering up.
it looks like the controller just isnt connecting to the reciever.I held down the bind button on the controller but still nothing

Probably have to find a manual for it. Usually there's a process you have to use to bind them.

The thing is ,a block is probably the most cheapest part of the engine if you get one at a chop shop.
The most costly is a pist/sleeve ,which can ecceed $ 60 an up.
That's why in most cases ,it is best to buy a new engine.

I would just use a hacksaw ,an slice the whole bottom off.
I don't live in the UK ,but I do have acouple of those engine blocks. They do have
a set screw mod. for the carb though.

Got the controller and reciever binded workin perfect and one of original servos is working too,the other ones goin in the bin.
Ya ill try get the sleeve off if not ill try find a bottom end casing closer to home and get the hacksaw out.

Man, at that point, I'd have just thrown it away and gotten a new engine. lol

Have the reciver, throttle and steering servos fitted now and working perfect. Put the engine back together coz I couldnt get the sleeve out and fitted it too. Gunna run it and if it blows ill get a new engine. Just waiting on an airfilter.
Only problem iv got is with the flywheel, the gear in front of it spins freely and not with the flywheel/crank itself which is all that maje sense to me for it to move the wheels?
And the brake is confusing me,what is it meant to be connected to and how is it released as it seems to be always on until its pushed but by what?

The hear in front of the flywheel should move freely. That's your clutchbell/pinion gear. It's driven by a centrifugal clutch attached to the flywheel.

Your throttle servo moves the brake linkage, activating the brakes. When you push forward on the trigger, the servo rotates the opposite way, which is what runs the breaks.

Hope that helps.

Making sense now thanks.
Ju know where on the throttle servo thebrake linkage usually connects?

Typically either there's a mixing arm or simple the other side of the servo horn.

Ya the other side the throttle servo horn is broke off itswhats holding the spring and linkage together?
Hopefully starts and runs fine no starter rod thats spose go in the drill to start it tho have use an allen key.

Would I be able fit a pull start to this engine be easier than bringin round a drill and have buy the drill bit anyway
You can order the starter shaft from ebay or the Schumacher website.
