That thing sounds awesome.
i'm happy with her so far and she is loud in a good way.
I want to drive her first as is and then put the 3 speed in.

I restored my Fusion but have not started her yet and so before taking the 3 speed out and put it in the Havoc i'm going to start her today then take her for a drive hopefully within a week.

i started the Fusion and it cut out after burning the primed fuel in the engine and i noticed the carb fuel line had emptied it self back into the tank like a bad tank air leak but i removed the tank and it holds perfect pressure.I have to take the low speed needle out it could be blocked.

Something is not right about the main needle from the Fusion 28 engine it only turns in 1 and a half at max then stops it should turn in like 4 and half turns like the TT 28 engine main needle from the Havoc on the left.
In the first pic the Fusion 28 main needle is on the right and the TT 28 main needle on the left.
the other pic is a comparison between the 2 needles the fusion needle is on the right.
i took the carb off to clean it, i really don't know why the fuel was not being picked up in the fuel line after it started.

Any chance the return from exhaust isn't pushing pressure back into the tank?
I put it back together and couldn't find the reason why fuel is going back in the tank i will just have to try starting again tomorrow.
I have checked and the exhaust pipe nipple and does flow air good from the pipe and so does the tank fuel line to the carb.

Schumachers are junk don't buy one.:hehe:

Yeah, I heard nothing but problems too!🤣

Air leak is all I can think of.

I wish Schumacher was great like Traxxas.:hehe:

the carb was leaking oil at the o-ring and i did replace the o-ring.
maybe it's o.k now.
I own a Revo and a Jato 3.3. I had fun with them but no, are def not Schumachers.

Hopefully the oring does the trick! Smallest things causing the biggest problems sometimes.

bro i got those as well, i got to drive them one day.

it must of been leaking bad because she only started and stopped a couple of times and there was oil over the crank case.

i'm less up set now but the engine does have low compression like the Havoc and can do with a pinch or new piston/sleeve.
anyway the 2 needles are a bit weird with this carb as the low speed need has to stick out from flush a couple of turns just to run correctly and the high speed needle cannot go any richer than 2 and 1/4 turns out or she cuts out.
The speed glow plug in her is what she came with so putting in a new glow plug will be better.
she did hit 2nd gear.
