Hey guys,

As any of you here that know me, know that sometimes I have some big luls in the time that I get to spend with my RC's..... well I have been working on a Jammin X1 CR for a little over a year now. In fact I have been working on it so long, that the X2 is now out! Anyway, I have two main problems.... Now keep in mind, that everything here is still brand new... I have an Orion reciever pack that now will not charge at all.... shows as having no juice and will not take a charge. Is there a way to fix this or just get a new NiMh hump pack? Second, I have an OS .21 V-spec mill that is so tight I can't get it to turn over at all. This motor has never been run and is brand new. Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

Tom

The pack should take a charge, but you'll have to find a charger with some kick to it. The engine should also be ok. Take a heat gun and very carefully get it up close to 200 degrees.

hook the pack up to some lights and see if they glow.. it may have discharged all the way down and is really dead. you can try a trickle charge to wake it up..

the engine, I'm with him.. get it hot, loosen the glow plug, and see if it will turn then.

I've revived dead rx packs by giving them a fast jolt from a 6 cell charger. Just for a second or two. Then charge it normally. After a few cycles, you'll know if it's good or not.

Alright cool. I will give it a shot.... except it is supposed to rain all weekend here! Figures
