My engine is running perfect smooth throttle response idles perfect, starts on first pull, but even after the engine is warmed up, when I refuel I have to use the glow igniter to start it again, if the engine is warmed up shouldn't it start with out the glow igniter

These engines aren't like diesel engines. They don't have that high of compression to actually cause the fuel to combust. The heat of the coil is also required. As it's running, the coil stays hot. Once you shut it off, the coil cools too much and it won't start without being heated again.
